Usually the topics are finalized the day before and sent to everyone on registration list. Once the topics are known, they will be posted here, so stop back the day of the event to see. Topics can change up to and during the meeting.
Topics generally appeal to non-tech as well as tech backgrounds.

6:30 PM is Meet and Greet.
- Here is where you can talk about non-tech stuff including health issues, announcements, community items or just say hello.
- This segment is not moderated so be polite as we usually all are.
- If no one shows, you can talk to yourself.
- It is purely OPTIONAL to attend at this time and sign in at 7:00 PM.
7:00 PM Tech topics
- Here is where we are talking about tech topics you want to present.
If you have a tech topic you want to share and that requires screen sharing a linked webpage or video on the internet and you cannot handle the screen sharing then send me the links or enough information to find them and I will add them to my tech stack of stuff and screen share for you as you and others talk about it.
8:30 PM After Hours Discussions
- Some Roundtable members may stay after the main meeting is over and discuss more on the topics, other topics and even non tech topics.
Registration:
Meeting is free. It is open to the public. An email goes out to all registered the day before the meeting with the Zoom link and meeting topics that will guide the meeting.
Preparation
Be sure you have your microphone and speaker volumes tested before the meeting.
